Founded in 1948, the firm of Brash Realty Co., Inc. was one of the first real estate firms in the nation to specialize in the brokerage of hotel and motel properties.

In 1959, H. William Brash together with seven other firms in the United States joined forces to form a hotel/motel brokerage association known as Motel Brokers Association of America (MBAA), today known as Hotel Brokers International (HBI). The association grew over the years to become the largest hotel and motel brokerage association in the world with present membership of 25 offices and over 100 salespersons worldwide. Within the past few years, the association has sold over $2.5 billion in hotel and motel transactions.

Since 1959, our company has brokered over 820 hotels and motels, both franchise and independents, limited and full service, up to 400 units in size.
